SnowDragon Acres
SnowDragon Acres is located west of Calgary on 40+ acres in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. At SnowDragon we specialize in the breeding and training of Samoyed dogs as well as the production of Cashmere in addition to the breeding and raising of Cashmere/Spanish Meat Goats.

Cashmere Fibre Page
Cashmere is the soft and luxurious fibre produced from the undercoat (the soft winter coat) of goats. This soft, warm and durable fibre is harvested once a year from each goat whom on average produces only a few ounces of cashmere a year. It takes one goat between four and five years to produce enough cashmere to make a sweater. Here at SnowDragon we harvest this valuable fibre by combing if out of each goat by hand.

Our fibre is laboratory tested to ensure that all of are animals produce top quality cashmere, made available at farm direct prices.
